If you do want to sit down and “study” one of our episodes, however, that works too. Take notes, create custom flashcards in NativShark, and make a concerted effort to use the new words and phrases we teach you.

The "Why"

There’s so much to a language. After all, it needs to describe every type of thought or experience a person can have in a lifetime. And while some aspects of the language are best taught in compact, well-structured learning materials, like we do in NativShark, sometimes a messy, wandering, laugh-filled chat with a friend is simply a better — and more enjoyable — way to learn.
